All utilities are paid in this centrally located 2nd-floor studio. Very eclectic and vintage industrial aesthetically, it incorporates repurposed windows for natural light, has custom built-in shelving and workbenches, plus original birch flooring restored with zero VOC finish, and high ceilings with exposed beams. The building it’s located in is a 50,000 sq ft produce and dairy warehouse that was turned into a community of artist studios a decade ago. We’re home to sculptors, painters, photographers, film and music industry professionals, craftsmen, non-profits, one writer and one sweet old bloodhound.
