This heavy-duty complex consists of an office building, five warehouse buildings and two open air bays, served by multiple overhead cranes, with rail service into the buildings and direct access to the 30′+ deep Industrial Canal which connects to the Mississippi River and the Intracoastal Waterway. The facility is one mile off of I-10. The warehouse buildings are plumbed with natural gas, water and compressed air lines and offer heavy-duty electrical service throughout. Although the skin and the roof are old and need some repair, the buildings are heavy-duty and very strong. The 12.5 acres of land are leased from the Port of New Orleans until 2032. Continue reading →
