I am looking for temporary office space in the CBD or Warehouse District. Our basic requirements include: • Location: Central Business District or warehouse district, • Approximately 800-1000 square feet of open space (i.e. no offices/cubes), • An adjacent or nearby conference room/office that can be used for private phone calls, • Kitchenette, • Private, secure, and safe, • Phones: at least six lines, • Internet: at least 20 – 30 megabytes, • Month to month lease, and • Parking for six cars.
