Non-profit sports organization is seeking a warehouse space 2-4 times per week for 2 hours at a time (2 evenings and 1 weekend afternoon) to practice in. We need roughly 60′ x 100′ area with level concrete floors. Initially we would like to rent the space by the week as needed and can pay approximately $66 per 2 hour session but hope to be able to establish a regular lease of similar space in 3 to 5 months.
